REGISTRATION

ATTENTION
Please read the information carefully before you press the registration button (see below).

• Registration Dates
  Registration is open from June 1st 2023 - July 31st 2023.
  Deadline for author registration of accepted papers: 30.06.2023
  Early-bird registration deadline: 30.06.2023


• One Registration per Paper
  There must be at least one registered author per paper; and registration for authors of accepted papers must be completed by June the 30th 2023 on the conference website. Please note that multiple submissions by the same author require multiple registrations. Papers that do not have a registered author will be withdrawn from the conference proceedings.
  


• Online Participation
  There are a limited number of seats available for authors who wish to attend the conference online. The desire to participate online must be indicated during registration. The fee for online participation is the same as for in-person participation in Graz.
  


• Registration Fee Payment
  Registration fee will enable the members to access the digital proceedings and to the Conference activities (i.e., presentations, coffee-breaks, lunches) and social program (i.e., city hall reception, closing event, high-voltage-event). Gala Dinner is not included in the early bird and standard rates, it should be added on the base fee and included in the payment. Please indicate the paper ID and your name in the payment description.

  Normal 400,- €
  Reduced* 310,- € (participants from institutions located in countries with a lower GDP, list below*)
  Online Participation 400,- €


• Gala Dinner
  30,- € (add 60,- € for one accompanying person)


• Standard Rate (after June 30th, 2023, deadline July 31st 2023)
  Normal 470,- €
  Reduced* 380,- € (participants from institutions located in countries with a lower GDP, list below*)
  Online Participation 470,- €
  Gala Dinner (Standard Rate): 30,- € (add 60,- € for one accompanying person)


• Registration Policy
  Registration is binding. Cancellations will only be accepted under special circumstances and due to unforeseen extreme events. Authors must complete the payment by July 31st 2023 to ensure publication and a presentation slot.


• *Reduced
  only applicable to participants currently employed or enrolled at institutions in European countries based on the GDP: Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine.


• Total registration fee calculation examples
  "Marco", a PhD researcher affiliated with a university in Italy registering on June 15th who wants to participate in the gala dinner should pay a total of 430,- € .
  "Vesna", a researcher affiliated with a university in Serbia registering on July 01st who wants to participate in the gala dinner with accompanying person "Marko" should pay a total of 470,- €.
